Im just going to copy and paste what twangy wrote on the MC forums..

It is called the Saint Paul's project since that's all it was to begin
with.

So, Wildstyle and myself (Twangykid, using this
name so we can both edit this, this is the shared account of all owners
of the soon-to-be clan named the EBT (Elite Building Team) have been
working on replicating a chunk of London, centered on Saint Paul's
Cathedral.

We are making this all on a 1 meter cubed is one block, with a
map 727x727x127. The cathedral is missing a part due to it being on 2
World of Minecraft servers and we were limited by space, (We are still grateful they
let us have that beast on their server) and now it is on Wildstyles
server, we can't fix the length.
 
We are using pictures for all the buildings,
so Google maps and Earth have been a big help. Progress is slow, as we can't be on
all the time, (we both have school.) but we try as hard as possible. Any
pictures you can send of the interior of Saint Paul's is GREATLY
appreciated, as we have had trouble.
