ive been playing World of Minecraft for a while now and then sudently out of no where it begins to write "server timed out" or something and then error code 502 what am i going to do???

Error 502 means there's a gateway error.
No idea what that means though, the game works just fine when i use the website. o.O
So ya, there has probably been a change on the website which messed up the World of Minecraft client.

there is a problem with the name verification
so even cashed server dont work
i hope World of Minecraft staff will replay soon and fix that

Yesterday i played very relax, but then the server said: Disconnect to Server!
Then i started WOMCLIENT again and it says that 502 gateway error!

Same thing to me, 502 error when i try to sign up. Redownloaded game, still same. I guess it's something about ports, i was doing something with them. What port do World of Minecraft use? Maybe i have to unlock it because of my router

the error you are all getting is because yesterday the site was unstable, and the serverlist has been taken down, i dont know if its back up already but something with the site is causing World of Minecraft to error out

At first I thought it might be related to the World of Minecraft Client update, but I downloaded that and it still doesn't work.

Yes, it's happening for me. But you gotta know though, its probable messed up because,

got the same problem, but oddly [resume] works. so i can connect to only last server i've been in World of Minecraft. anyone knows where's last server data stored? haven't found it in files or in registry so i suppose it's in the account. is there a way to edit it?

Basically this recent issue was due to minecraft.net updating how the website works.
The client has been updated accordingly and now will operate correctly with the new authentication servers over at minecraft.net.
Please download the new 1.6.4 version and that should be the end of the 502 errors.. 503 and 504 may still happen from time to time, however I believe that the changes that have been made at minecraft.net which have triggered these 502 errors were designed to reduce the overall occurrence of all errors. So fingers crossed!

For reasons of finding the jumping on World of Minecraft 1.6.4 ridiculously unplayable, as well as the lack of "Switch" and "Reload" functions, I prefer to use 1.5.9 to play on. Is there any way of fixing it for 1.5.9, and if so, how would you recommend I went about doing so?

I downloaded World of Minecraft and I can log on World of Minecraft completely fine but the servers list is completely blank, ive tried adding a server by bookmarking it using the URL but its still not work? I have all the folders 'lib' and 'native' and ive ALSO deleted it and re-downloaded 5 times!? i need help!
