I am trying to play a .dat map that I generated in Omen through the World of Minecraft client. I leave the URL field on the server list blank to generate a new random map, then I hit Load, Load from file, and I open the .dat file that I made in Omen. The map clearly begins loading, as I can see it from the pause menu, but then I get multiple lines of text saying something like this (">" shows indented line):

java.lang.NullPointerException
>at com.mojang.minecraft.b.j.a(Unknown Source)
>at com.mojang.minecraft.l.run(Unknown Source)
>at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)

Can someone tell me what is going on here and how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

PS. I'm sorry if this was already posted, I searched and didn't find anyone with this same problem.

where did i seen this bevore...
OH YEAH
it was when i entered a world in a multiworld server that was to large for the server to handle it
so it MIGHT be that the client cant handle the map size
actualy
i dont know the size
it must be like 1012x1012 i think

That couldn't be it, the map

That couldn't be it, the map was the standard map dimensions in Omen (although the height value might have been changed from 64 to 128).
