Error with opening World of Minecraft.exe

I just downloaded the World of Minecraft client, I extracted it all, and when i open the .exe file....this comes up (look at attachment)...

I run windows 7, Have the latest java etc. etc.

Can anyone help?

try to run as administrator

I've tried running as administrator, tried running in different specs eg. Windows XP service pack 2, tried everything, still won't work....D=

Umm....

I don't really know what to do, I've tried running the code in cmd.......otherwise i'm considered a retard in these types of coding problems...
