When I chose a server in the server list of the World of Minecraft client, I have this error :

If you don't have a 3D accelerated video card driver installed it will say this.
You should see if your card has an updated driver from the manufacturer.

It worked for me this morning for about an hour. Then I logged off a server and not it stopped working. Rebooting and updating is not doing anything right now.
edit: still not working. Logged onto the World of Minecraft reguarly and it seems there are some people that have it working. Looks like mostly people with Windows XP are having problems with the Pixel Acceleration error.

If you still get it, get a new video card.
I have the same problem on my other computer, which is why I'll be getting a new NVIDIA video card soon.

My drivers are ok. And my video card is a "mobile intel r 4 series express chipset family"

World of Minecraft works sometimes on my computer for about an hour and if I go to five different servers and click out of World of Minecraft and try to log back in, I can't. So I don't think that the issue of World of Minecraft or the Drivers. Perhaps it is Minecraft itself? I am just guessing here.

Windows xp is what your looking at. It ussually messes up this.
1sT: Go to control panel
2nD: Go to display
3rD: Go to settings tab
4tH: Click adanced at bottom
5tH: Got to troubleshoot tab
FINNALY: Pull the slider to the third line

I made it work for me in one step. Just run it as Administrator. Right-click the icon and click "Run as Administrator". It should work.

Try checking your Internet connection if it not connecting it might help some internet is too slow it won't load minecraft or if your comp is slow then that might cause it to not work I was on really fast internet but bad comp and It wouldn't let me play online
