Q: Is it possible to move (migrate) my world over to your servers?
A: YES! You have full access of the files both in our File Manager within our control panel as well as FTP Access. Our Support can assist with this if needed.
Q: If I stop my server, will you allow any other customer to have my files?
A: NO! All files belong to the client and will never be re-used in any way. We keep all files for up to 30 days after a server expires, only for the purpose of making it possible to renew the server and still have all files intact.
Q: Is it possible to install hmod/bukkit on my server?
A: YES! We have both hmod and craftbukkit pre-installed in our control panel and they can be installed with a single click.

It's not a scam, and the same person has been updating it for two years. A bot would be posting a ton of forum topics to try to spam. This would be quite helpful for someone looking to host their own server, so i don't see a problem with it.
