'Failed to Launch' - Just bought and cant play

Ive just bought minecraft and whenI try to open the program I get an error after clicking 'login' saying:
'Failed to Launch
Fatal Error occured: C:\Users\Oliver\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin\version (The system cannot find the path specified)
What can I do? Ive tried redownloading a few times

Delete....
Delete .minecraft folder and run minecraft.exe, it will re-download all needed files.
Also if you use User Account Control (UAC) you might have to run as administrator. Right-Click -> Run as administrator.
