failed to load minecraft read and help please!

hello people,
i been playing minecraft premium alot but i havnt been playing minecraft classic for a long time. so, i downloaded World of Minecraft before then put it in a folder. then when i run World of Minecraft.exe it says download minecraft.jar i did yes or wateva it says and then it asked what type of 3D thing so i chosen hardware then i was searching a server then it it had an error saying....*Minecraft failed to start Java.lang.IllegalAgrumentexeption:input==null!*
Somebody please tell how to fix this...by the way i have an hp computer

Next line of business, I'm pretty sure I already know what's wrong, open up a command window aka command prompt, then type in java -version, if it says java 7, then this is for you!

okayy well i typed in my search bar *Command Prompt* then i typed in java -version then it says all this Microsoft Windows [Version 6.0.6001]

aye i clicked control panel
aye i clicked control panel then i pressed unistall and i scroll down the java and there is java (TM) 6 update 23
Java (TM) 7 update 4
and JavaFX 2.1.0
Do i just delete Java (TM) 7 update 4 or do i have to delete all the java stuff and download the oldest java one?
