Failing at Hacks :/

So i made my account on World of Minecraft, downloaded the flying/speed hack folder, unzipped it, placed the file from the link given in notes in 'Lib' yet i still get the first error 'did you read the instructions'
I can't see what I'm doing wrong and I really want the hacks having just become a builder in Theone's build server. My computer knowledge is limited. Any help would be very useful and until then i will have to just use glass towers as supports :/

I did exactly that and I'm still getting the "did you read instructions" error.
What's worse, not I can't even run minecraft, it just jams up on the "Done Loading" screen with a full green bar, then it locks up

Dont unzip it, after you downloaded minecraft.jar put it directly into the lib folder...
