If you feel that you have been unfairly spectated Falcon97, it would be worth your time to appeal against it using the appropriate area on the website. (on the menu, select create content, then select spectator appeal). Appealing will be your best chance at being unspecced.
Be warned however, World of Minecraft does not tolerate using multiple accounts when one has been specced. Doing so will greatly reduce your chances of a successful appeal.
