Fcraft server - how do i add classes?

this could sound like a really stupid question, but how do i add classes to my fcraft server?
Ive tried doing it, but i get an error message saying that the index is out of range.
Is this a known bug or something?
any help will be greatly appreciated.

I agree, i can't seem to have others log in, i can fine, but others can't, and it says on the other computers that the server is down... what's the solution?
