Freezes after loading screen

Hi all
I was just wondering if anybody knew what's wrong with my game.Because it keeps going black every time after it says "Done Loading" and sometimes freezes up my entire computer! So if anybody could reply with an answer I'd be very gratefull

Make sure you have Java, also make sure its a fast computer, At least 2 Ram
Make sure you don't log in offline use your E-mail to log in, make sure you downloaded this at minecraft.net not at some scam place. This may have not helped you but its all I know you should do.

Black screens are 99% of the time mods. Try disabling them one by one until you find the mod that's causing it...
