Installing textures easily!

Here is my first beta texture pack it is a futuristic pack I got the idea from Metroid and this looks ALOT like it. I would also like suggestions of what could be improved since this is version 1.0

some of the blocks on this are amazing, specially the cobblestone and all the blocks in the nether.

sorry but my game freezes every time i try to take a screenshot. it seems odd because usually my game is lag free.

I love everything except for the blue stone/cobblestone. Try taking that texture and putting a light gray tint/transparent overlay over it. If you make it a gray/blue color instead of such a bold blue, I think it'll be a lot easier on the eyes.

please dont change the cobblestone coz i like it how it is. i would suggest making soulsand look more like the defolt texture and making the flames on torches move. by the way i think that the idea of changing cole to uranium was awsome. :D

there is a link to the downloads in the messege on the top of this page. you can only download texture packs the easy way if you have bought the game. if you actually have bought the game then click on the mods and texture packs box when you log in to the minecraft website. if you havent bought the game there are tonnes of guides on the internet explaining how to do it the hard way.

I think my Game can't handle the AWESOMENESS of Metroid :D
It throws my Game outta the Window :P
In other Words, my Game isn't loading after the "Mojang" screen, after applying the tex-pack.

i just noticed that the soul sand block has a white dot in one of the corners. please fix it, its driving me crazy because i use soul sand so much for traps.

thanks guys I will work on a update if your having trouble and you PURCHASED Beta go into the winrar file and if anything has a cap letter example Texture.png rename it to lower case example texture.png and then re-upload it to minecraft and it should work fine :)

ninjagod thanks for staying updated to this post i will try to fix soulsand but no promise and everyone that likes the stone and people who dont i will post two seperate packs for it.

ok version 1.1 is done i have added a blue neon outline to signs added a more realistic door but the door is still being developed and isn't fully done. I attempted to fix the soul sand but couldn't find right file to edit and couldn't risk messing with it due to screwing up the whole texture if anything goes wrong. so guys I started a new forum post it is
