I can link you to optifine. I lagged bad when I first got on, due to having a crappy system. When I got optifine, it added about 25fps which is a lot. It will GREATLY lower your lag. I can also walk you through the setup to get it going and running smooth if you want? You are fun to build with and shouldn't leave. Remember, for every problem, there are a thousand different solutions, you just have to find the best one for you...
