Hacks don't work after loading maps.

It seems as if every time I load a map in single player, the hacks no longer work. If I play on a randomly generated map, it's fine, but if I want a new map and select "generate map", the hacks are off. So whenever I load up a map that I make in OMEN, the hacks are off. It's somewhat annoying. Is there any fix for this?

You cannot load a map with the client. Instead use this application to upload the map and select the map from your single player list. I should remind you that you can't save either, so take a map dump and reupload it with the same tool.
