Hello everyone my name is Josh, I am 22 and I am currently in the middle of starting up my new minecraft server. It is a 50 person server with an rpg feel to it. The server will have over 40 hand built dungeons with 300 bosses around the world. The dungeons will range in size from 50x50 (1-2 people) all the way up to 500x500 (10 people). The difficulty will also be vary hard as I will have a mob editing plugin running. My specialty is plugin config editing and I spend 90% of my time making them perfect. No. I have a few staff already but people will have to earn it. I am putting a lot of work into this server and the last thing I need is a noob/jerk op messing stuff up.

Best I could give you is help staff rank. You would get fly, kick, jail, and mute people. I'll see how you do, if you are good you may get a rank up. It would be best if you had like team speak 3 for communication. It would be nice to have more builders cause 40 full dungeons will take a while. I also still have to make the bosses and set up chest restock to have random loot in dungeons.
Also, aside from dungeons, I also have a plot world with 128x128 plots.
And I put what I call "districts" in my server, basically it is a fast travel system I have for people to travel out 1000 blocks for each district in each direction.

It depends, help rank is basically chat management. It wouldn't be a bad idea to test someone no matter the age. I agree most young people do not make vary good staff but I have seen a few that do. I think it is a good skill to develop when your young (and playing games like minecraft). I try not to base what people can do off of age alone. If they can do it they can do it. But thank you for the advice Lunick.
