hello World of Minecraft.exe not running

Hello, World of Minecraft.exe is the running file if you download and unzip the windows World of Minecraft client. It is not running, if i open it it does nothing. I also tryed to run on admin rights, still doesnt work. Please help!

EDIT : Yes i did put the minecraft.jar file in lib.

me too... tried running with

me too... tried running with different compatibility settings (xp, vista, etc) and as admin and without. no luck.
