On that server, I reached operator. The round after being promoted, a player with an admin rank (not naming anybody unless needed) griefed my shelter. I tried to kick him, but failed. As his last act to me, he kicked me, followed by a ban. He put as a ban message and I quote "You're banned! you suck you griefer!" As an honest MC player, I believe griefing is wrong and no such action was committed by me. That particular admin with his capability means that, virtually, he can get away with anything. He was quite an offensive player as he played. He teased players, griefed, etc. I would like to be unbanned from this server and to make sure this admin never does this again.
