everytime i download a texture pack i save it on my dowloads. Then i go onto minecraft and click texture packs, then i click browse texture pack folder and all i see is the Default version. It doesnt let me install it off of my dowloads either. does anybody know what i have to do to install the texture pack onto minecraft?!

Press the start button and type "%appdata%" and then choose your .minecraft folder.
Then go into the folder called texturepacks and put what you downloaded in there.
Now you should be able to choose it from the ingame menu.
