HELP! Cheat detected - too much lag

Hey guys,
Im running my own server atm, i have maps etc all working. But with the World of Minecraft client enabled my server kicks me saying "Cheat detected - too much lag"
This happens every 1-5mins of playing on my server.
Question- How do i fix this? i know its not the clients fault but the server for disabling hacks. How do i remove this?
Also, i am having trouble placing admin bricks, water lava etc, ive done it before using the /bind brick lava type command and it worked, but now it doesnt =S

It's because your server is
It's because your server is laggy, it's not client fault. Try to run server with smaller map and if you want to host server and play at the same time - toggle fog.

Did you use Cheat Engine to place "lava/water"? It probably says cheat detected because you were placing water/lava. If not. I don't know =S
