Go back to the instructions, download minecraft.jar as instructed and place it in the correct directory. I have downloaded it and put it in the lib folder still it says like that, im running vista and when i run it in admin mode it say that with out i get it to start but not the servers to show up

Sorry read your error wrong.
That error is from signing in with an invalid or incorrect password. To correct this be sure that:
- You are signing on with your Minecraft.net username and password.
- That you didn't make a typo in your username or password.
- That your password doesn't contain special characters such as !@#$%^ etc.
