Help with finding some server "plugins? addons?"

Hello guys.
I have just created my own server, for me and my wife - she loves playing Minecraft aswell.
I created it, and installed Hamachi on her computer, and its working perfectly.
I was just wondering now, is there any addons or plugins for your server? So you might have some cool features in your server?
I have seen some people where you could teleport, /lava, /water - and alot of other nice things.
