Help with Flying mod (LOCKED)

Can someone please walk me through on how to use the flying mod after downloading the client. I don't understand computers that well, so the instructions on the website are somewhat alien to me. I'm using a Macbook Pro and all i have done so far is download the client. Thank you

is it possible to have npc caps flying around? when I was looking at my
freeworlds mod manager I saw a battleship encounter mod, idk if it
would work, but it might be something people would enjoy, cus I know I
would enjoy blowing up caps
