Help for minecraft launcher.

EY EY EY... Im getting mad of this! Anytime i try to open up my minecraft launcher, i have to double click it several times before it opens! And anytime it doesnt open is says this error message.
"Could not find the main class: net.minecraft.LauncherFrame. Program will exit."
And i really want it to got away. If anyone have a idea for me what to do. It would be great... :D
P.S. Im working on Windows XP

Erm...... did you try reinstalling cos there are 2 urls from the website you can download.
