WOLFTONE i hate you so much. You guys know what he did? 2 hours after 3 staff members told zachary not to build next to or on my village, he comes, mutes me, and makes zachary build next to me! It is in the rules that you cant build next to peoples property without permission. This was an abuse of power, and it was unfair. I request an unmute and some sort of consequence to wolftone. Thank you for your time :D

Guys, can I just say i'm sorry that I disrespected wolftone, but I had darn good reason too. He went against the opinion of 3 staff, and when I told him that, he just ignored me. Is that fair? I mean honestly, I was trying to do SO much stuff, and zach's house would get in the way of where I wanted to build a stadium. Now what am I to do? Can I at least be unbanned? Oh, and wolf, if you read this, just understand, once again, that 3 staff, not 1, but 3 have statements that contradict yours. BTW, I attempted to talk to WOLF like this originally, but he wouldn't listen, so I got mad. Sorry for the insults again.

I will say this vodka to clear the air with all your half truths. When I came to irc and saw the level of rudeness and disrespect you were handing to zachary a new member, I logged on to see what all the fuss was about. His build is sat next to your town, not your build. There is a difference there. I have news for you mate, take a look around the entire map, people have built next to not only spawn, but the market, and even my farmlands, and right next to my village. You don't own everything within visual range of your town.
I wouldn't have even bothered with stepping in if I hadn't seen how relentlessly rude you were to him about moving, he had already destroyed his own build and moved, but your level of disrespect which you also showed toward me was exactly why I stepped in to intervene. I in no way will bypass other staff or step on their decisions, never have and never will. I only stepped in this time and allowed zachary to have his build there to teach you a lesson to respect other users on the server, and to show zachary that we don't tolerate that sort of bullying. Your ban was enacted because of 1. You calling me an a****** twice, 2. Placing inappropriate signs telling me to suck it and a bunch of other inappropriate things I won't mention here.
Your mute happened because you literally asked for it, after I warned you to watch what words you chose to address staff with.
Other than that, your hostility is in no way needed, so I personally say take a break for a day or so, enjoy life, relax, then come back with a better level of respect. If snow or other staff want to unban you, they can without my concern. That's up to them, but I personally won't be unbanning you for at least 24 hours...

I did not tellyou to suck it, and i didn't call you that 2 times, i said it once, after which i got kicked, so i didn't do it again. ALSO, are you serious? I was so nice to him. Gave him free stuff when he joined, try to give him a plot; and he just wanted more. What was I supposed to do? Give him everything I owned? I can't believe this is happening.. SO much work for nothing? How is that fair? You know how long I spent planning out stuff, asking friends to join, and this is what I get? All I wanted was for him to move at least 100 blocks away. Is that that much? I mean he didn't even build anything! So you know what? It's still unfair. You are staff; you could easily copy and paste whatt he was building 100 blocks away; instead, you decided to be mean and mute (which I did ask for, but I guess jokes don't go well when you can't see me nor hear me) and accuse me of saying mean things to you in signs. On the signs, I said you feel good as staff, which is true. When you banned me, dopamine probably flowed through your body. You enjoy the rush of being on a higher level than someone. So, technically, other than the a** part, I said nothing completely wrong. Don't ban me; ok. But no other staff, especially EVA and Gib, and Mr. Snow, who I think are frikin awesome because they understand whats fair!; would do what you did.

Enjoy life huh? My mom and dad are in the hospital from being in a head on collision with a drunk driver, and I'm living with my cousins. SURE. I'll enjoy life well. Getting the fake sympathy; knowing my parents might not walk again, nor even remember me or each other; i'll have a great time with my life thanks.

You did place signs saying suck it amongst a few other things, that of which I really don't care to debate about. As far as your personal life, sorry to hear it, but that does not in any way pertain to you and how you acted today. From my understanding even deadly warned you about your language earlier, so this isn't like I pushed you to act like this. You need to watch your mouth and temper while on the server, otherwise you simply won't last on it. I will unban you tomorrow when I get home...if someone else sees fit to unban you sooner then they can go ahead, it won't offend me.

If I leave you alone on the server after you unban me (and that includes letting zach build there, not IN the village, but anywhere outside it, and I won't cuss at you or disrespect you) will you leave me alone? Can you agree to that?

I don't mean to ruin the moment nor get into a fight but, Wolf does have a point, I'm sorry about your parents vod, but you did call him the a word, and it is just a game, its not like real life, you could've been nicer then what you did because it is a game... Wolf already said that its up to the other staff to unban you, he said he doesn't want anything to do with unbanning you, and he said he is fine if a different staff unbanns you. And there is a lot of servers out there.
EDIT: Oh, maybe I shouldn't comment I see vod is trying to make a agreement...

Ya, you shouldn't have commented XD But the thing is, I put in like 15 hours of work AT LEAST onto this server. And I have plans actually drawn out on a piece of graph paper for my village. How come Wolf coudn't move the house 50 blocks away? I COMPLETELY understand that it isn't fair for me to own everything I see, especially if it isn't claimed. But his house is like CONNECTED to the wall that separates my village from the wild. Thats what pissed me off into calling Wolf what I shouldn't have called him (I'm a lot more calm and happy now, good things have happened, both at school and with my parents :D) So ya, I understand I wasn't completely nice to zach at that time, but what about when I first started talking to him? I had known him for less than 5 min and he asked why we weren't friends anymore when I couldn't help him fight some creepers (though I told him to just do /smp). Also, in less than 10 min, he asked for diamond tools. DIAMOND tools. Now, in hindsight, I see that zach was a noob to the server commands, so when he saw that I could tp him to me, I guess he assumed that i'm an admin. He was also nosy, asking for permission into everyone's chest so that he could "look inside them" (yeah right, I mean come on, we both know that people, or at least MOST people, don't want to just look). And when the admins told him to leave, I thought my problems were over.
I come on, 1-2 hours later, and there it is, the 1/4 of a house one block away from the village. At first, I thought of this genious lie to scare him into thinking he would get banned. I wouldn't ban him, of course, because I understood that he was a noob and all, but I wanted him to understand that no means no. I had EVA come and tell him to destroy it also, and that was 10 min before wolf came on and put it back (EVA wasn't there at the time, so she couldn't have helped me). I think thats what enraged me the most; that wolf could just go against what a few other staff said and let, actually MAKE him build there.
But once again, I now know Wolf is not to blame, but actually zach, because wolf was just trying to protect zach from what wolf that was grief or something, but zach chose to build there because he thought if he did, that he was part of the village. Sorry for the trouble Wolf; and if zach ever sees this (which I hope he will) I will personally talk to everyone in my village about you. You are not to trade with them (unless its someone like Prod or evil, cuz he is part of multiple villages) nor ask them for help, because they will know that your house gets rid of plans for a stadium.

The last sentence of your text wall here sums up why I stepped in in the first place. It was the level of disrespect you showed to zachary for no reason what so ever. He had already torn down his house and was trying to find a new spot, and there you were still relentlessly attacking him about it. Here you are threatening to stop your village from trading with him and getting everyone in the village to go against him.
He is very new to the server and didn't quite understand our rules, and your approach wasn't exactly diplomatic with him about making the mistake.
You also told me that was a place for a farm, not a stadium, so it seems to me you're just trying to find excuses for his house not to be there.
The ban will remain until 24 hours have passed, then I will lift it. When you come on, don't say one word to zachary about his build, and don't even think about getting everyone in the village to go against him. We aren't going to tolerate bullying on the server...

At this point imo it is solved. Vodka, I have no issues with you personally, I don't dislike you, or carry any sort of animosity toward you. When you get unbanned, I will see you as no different than any other member. So when you get unbanned, enjoy World of Minecraft, and continue where you left off, only without the cursing and bullying...

wait what! Dude, I swear I don't remember attacking him AFTER he destroyed the house; I only was mad at him while he didn't destroy it. 24 hours? Really? I don't understand any of this to be honest. Why can't you ask Gibberish or MrSnowGlobe or EVA and they'll explain it to you. I swear, I would never be mean to someone after just meeting them, especially since he wanted to buy a plot in my village. And also, I mean that the farm was inside the cobble wall, but the stadium was outside. Remember how you said you can't build next to someone else's build? Well that empty space is where the farm was going to be, and where the house is located is where part of the stadium would be. I'm telling you, ask Gib or Snow, and I'll be surprised if at least one of them doesn't side with me (Gib was mad at me for saying a55 at one point, so thats why he wouldn't unban me. But I think that EVA or MrSnow would). Even prod said that zach severely annoyed me!
Edit- Does anyone know how I can tell EVA or MrSnow about this? I think they would unban me if they just knew to be honest.
