Just posting to say hi and wondering if it's possible to be able to build on some of the servers? Is this the right place to ask?

I've been having fun on  Indev recently but i keep finding servers with either spawn jails or utter messes and the ones which don't are griefed to hell. Sick of it.

Mainly like building castles and temples which work with the environment,
