Hey everyone,
I've been on a crazy long vacation so i havehnt been able to update with the latest spotlights. :) this past week, i did a MARIO edition, def. some crazy fun stuff to check out!

Mod Spotlight: Super Mario Mod - BY: JimBoom7
Its EVERYTHING thats famous and AWSOME about the classic nintedo game SUper Mario Brothers.
now available in Minecraft.
Mario is what put Nintendo a household name. He's the most iconic and classic video game
charector ever made. Jimboom7 does a FANTASTIC job with bringing the classic charector
to life within the MC world. Couple this mod with the Mario texture pack below
and your going to have yourself a CRAZY good time.

that helps to showcase maps that have been made using this mod.
THis is hands down the VERY Best mario mod i've seen yet. SO definatly give this guy a
HUGE thanks for makeing this mod if your a fan a Mario.

Map Spotlight: Super Mario Speed Run By: Davigamer
This map was inspired by the sonic speed run map by disco.
The guy did a great job with the included rescource pack really making it look and feel
like a mario themed world.This map is fun. Pure and simple.
Though you probably wont keep going back to it after you beat it.
Its exciting to run thru and try to lower your score.
Its not extremely long. you can probably finish the whole map in about 5 minutes.
so its something you can sit down with during a work break and enjoy for a few minutes
before getting back to ...work :)
My only wish is that the map maker would somehow turn this into a multiplayer version
so that freinds could challenge eachother on the same map to try and race eachother
or compelete eachothers times.

Texture Pack Spotlight: Super Mario Melody - By: -CSolarstorm-

When researching Mario texture packs here on PMC, I actually passed up this pack several times
the reason is that the main picture he chose to show off hs texture pack in the search area, is hand drawn and poorly
made. So, at first glance you might just pass this pack up thinking its just a poorly drawn oldskool mario pack.
but this is a true GEM in the nile. -CSolarstorm- really trited to go for something very unique from what others were doing.
IF you want to play minecraft as mario, you NEED a good texture pack.
and this pack is AMAZING! What i love most are the tree textures.
they really change up the look and feel of the world and make MC feel less blocky.
His flowers are beutifully drawn. and the mobs really make you want to get somewhere high
and pop on there heads.
The art design is defintnaly cartoony. very colorful, and lively.
the wrigglers are probably my most favorite mob in this pack.
What the pictures for this pack dont tell you though is that this pack is HIGHLY animated!
the flowers, the coins, the brick.. there is A LOT of animation on the texutres. which is amazing!
and makes the world really come alive.
Every part of this pack is amazing! even the sound effects!

Youtuber Spotlight: Mario64 on the XBOX360! By: StampyLonghead
Stampylonghead does it again and brings us a stupid fun video to enjoy.
He does a lets play on a download map for XBOX 360.
Have a little fun watching them try to go through some mario world esque mob arenas

the PLUGIN in the game. no an online store :)
im looking at the old review and theres nothing there about an onlie store so i'm confused about what your talking about?

Artbot was kind enough to link to a loud autoplay page but have the display text look like a World of Minecraft donation page.
We do not have a donator store. If there has been one it was a very long time ago.
I know at one stage donations were accepted but I don't think there was a store tied to it.

If I recall correctly you said that World of Minecraft was "pay to win".
I'd be curious to see the old review you're looking at since you seem to have pasted over the top of your original post...

.... thats soo weird? i could've sworn there was a donor ship for World of Minecraft? I'll adjust that section.
If you fill out a server review form on our site for your favorite server, you'll see its kinda a gernal answer for B.
Or you can put Other- if nothing applies,
i think i had put B on there for some reason when it shoudl've been Other. - no donor shop.
I must've been looking at another shop or had the link
somehow from someone from a fake World of Minecraft donor shop?

this is the Thread for the server reivew on my listings site.
I've paste over the orginal review so that i dont start overloading World of Minecraft with my bi-weekly reivews and then they get upset with me :) I figure its better if i jsut update this one post, when the new review is ready to check out.
That way i dont over-clutter the forum threads here.
Im working on putting together a wordpress site to be able to read back issue reviews.But, for now.. old reviews stay on my computer until i can add them to an offical wordpress website.

I thought ya'll reffering only to the write up review.
I forgot about what i had posted inside the server listing.
actually, i had reviewed the server and added back in febuary. But, i was able to feature in a later Bi-weekly letter to try and help market the World of Minecraft server a bit more.
I wrote a new peice speacile for the bi-weekly about my experince on the server.
The review is less personal and more general.
Im really not sure why i had put the B rating for donor shop.
I had added several maps, and mods that day as well as made a lot of other changes on the website, so i probably just
added the wrong information from my own form cause i was in a rush that day.
Anyway, thanks for catching that, its been fixed on my server listings.
