Hosting Help Water blocks / greetings .. etc

Ok with the help from World of Minecraft i have been able to host, so ty so much for that :D
But i wanna know how to be able to spawn water blocks (can be still) or lava blocks while ingame and not in omen.
Also how can i get the auto-greeting?
If you know, please share :D
