I want to download the World of Minecraft server software because on my normal server I cant use commands. Thats the whole reason I got one.

The World of Minecraft server software is private. You won't get it by asking. There is, however, several free server software versions available. You can find them on the minecraft forums or the minecraft wiki.

do you have to buy the server software or something ? because I cant find it. and If you are going to say its private that doesn't help. so just answer if you can help.

Currently, the World of Minecraft server software is closed source and thus, not available for download or purchase at all.
