How do I get minecraft.jar and where should I put this file?
Like all th texture packs, and tools you download, where should I put them?

buy minecraft then download the game launcher.
next goto where you downloaded it, run it and it will download files neeededdd.
Next goto "RUN" in your start menu or if your on vista or windows 7 search for %appdata%.
Find .minecraft and open it. then goto "BIN" folder and right click minecraft.jar and click open with "7zip winrar or more"
Then paste all the mods you want into minecraft.jar.

whenever i run downloaded it says (the produce entry point_JVM_LoadSystemLibrary@4 could not be located in the dynamic link library jvm.dll.)

There's a very simple procedure to doing this.
Step 1: Apply bacon to your computer mouse. Just do it. It can be raw, or cooked.
Step 2: Remove bacon, and eat it. Cook it first, if it's raw.
Step 3: Repeat the above steps as needed, the computer will automatically realize that you're trying to download Minecraft, and will eventually download it for you, and save you a lot of hassle.
Step 4: Enjoy your downloaded copy of Minecraft!
