How do I get started with my own Realms?

i just started and i havnt seen any instructions on how to set up a server anywhere.
i went to the hosting tab and none of the links worked, same with the servers tab.
any help or advice welcome and appreciated, thank you.

first make the server and make a ip topic and put your servers ip address.
