How do I make clear glass?

I hate the annoying dots in the glass when I look through it. When I look at my harbor, I don't want to see that, I want to see the water.
Anyone know of a way (link or suggestions would be great)

rhodox has a fantastic set of textures called Painterly pack. It's pretty and huge, and it includes clear glass with several border options, including no border at all.
