How to get Description and Flags in World of Minecraft client list

Hello there. Do you know the server list inside the World of Minecraft client? And there are heading for server, description and flags? Well most servers only have the Server column filled in, with the server name itself. How do I get the description and flags to be filled?

Server and flag filled in
These flags and descriptions are for World of Minecraft direct. Only the server owners can add the flag or description to their server for you to see them. So you can't edit the flags or description of other servers without having access to the server. If you have a server and are wondering how to add a description and flag to it, then you would need to tell me the software you are using.
