How to get mc 1 7 3 and risugamis modloader for mc 1 7 3

i would like help on how to get minecraft 1.7.3 and risugamis modloader 1.7.3. i have tried all i can but the forums! please help, i would love it :P (i want to try mods yet cant wait!)

However, i want to use them on mc 1.7.3, witch i dont have... i have 1.8.1, i want to make it older to use the mods. if you dont know, dont worry, its comming out next weekend but it would be could to know!

its easy just go in start on your coputer on the downer left corner type in %appdata% then go in roaming then go in .minecraft then go in bin then right click minecraft.jar then open it with WinRAR then put all the files in modloader in minecraft.jar. *this is for windows7*
