When he coming my server's building will get broken...

You could download cMss and change it so instead of frequent backups it does restores*.
* Check with the cMss owner beforehand to make sure he is ok with this.

Did you try looking on the official minecraft forums? I'm 100% sure they have some form of saving maps/reverts.
