So every once in a while I realise that I'm clinging onto a small rock that's flying through space at unfathomable speeds only controlled by the fact that its hurtling around a literal explosion that we named the sun which is itself flying through space at unfathomable speeds and I get really confused and frustrated. What do I do when this happens.
Another issue I run into is the realization that I could be hallucinating my whole life from within an insane asylum or a solitary confinement cell or even a hospital comatose ward, and I get really frustrated that if I am, I gave myself allergies in my internal reality.
Honestly guys I shouldn't be allowed to think. Help.

The earth orbits the sun at 30km/s
The sun orbits around the galaxy at 230 km/s, which is about 1/1300 the speed of light. An object could travel around Earth's equator in 2 minutes and 54 seconds at that speed.
Not unfathomable, not even fast compared to other objects moving throughout the universe. Although it's theorized that our solar system has yet to make one full rotation around the galaxy.

It seriously upsets me that I'm flying through space on a rock instead of a really cool space ship.
Like 1000 years from now people will be like "remember back when we flew through space on that old rock?" because there will be an amazing space frisbee that houses the human race on their journey through the stars.
