I cant connect to any serer

Ive tried connecting to all World of Minecraft MP Survival servers listed and some others ppl hve amde but it says failed to connect to server connection refused: connect this happens with every server why cant i play i bought the game and eveerything

Same thing happened...
...to me. I can't get on those servers, but I can get on the classic MP servers.
I get the exact same error too.
I tried the IPs with and without the port number on the end.

could just be that the servers were down for upgrade, or all of the host's went offline at the same time. :P
Aha, otherwise, it could be an anti virus software that you have blocking Mine craft. Same problem happened to me and I turned my AV off, and problem solved. that's all I can think of, Good luck!
