Hello. About 6 hours ago I was playing on the SMP server and it suddenly froze, and closed the window. It said ''Minecraft unexpectedly shut down. Would you like to reopen?''. So at then I was like this is weird.. So I tried logging back in and it said: Login failed: Try again or Play Offline. This is strange because I could never type my password wrong, and it was remembered anyway. It was working perfectly fine just then and now I dont even know what to do now. I asked my best friend to help me with this, since he is the one that bought me the account. He logged in on my account, and said that it was working perfectly fine. He even logged into the minecraft.net site and it worked fine. He then logged off and told me everything was working fine, but for some reason it wont login on my iMac. When I log in the site it says: Invalid username or pass or something like that. Because I migrated my account I typed in my email and it was working perfectly fine. Then all of a sudden it just froze and now I cant play online or even log into the website. I even tried logging into minecraft.net on my iPod but no luck. I had no problems before my Minecraft froze and shut down.
Any tips on how to fix this?
By the way I use an iMac OS X 10.7.2, Safari for my browser. My minecraft username is jimmy8390. Yes I do have a legit account.

Yes I do have the latest version of Java installed.

Minecraft has been very wierd lately, just give it a while and maybe force update, or change your password.

I cant force update or change my password because I cant even log in. I've tried sending a reset password thingy to my email but I havent got it yet.

Do you know what is going on with World of Minecraft Realms, Snivy? I have been having horrible problems too. Right now it's saying there is only one person online .... it's driving me insane since I was just rewarded my second world for leveling up .... arrrgh! It's like having a new toy and being grounded!

I have the answer mojang said they are thinking about getting rid of the classic servers
because they dont like how more people get the free version and never go and buy the game soo they are thinking with there team about replacing it. So minecraft has been really bussy.

This is a bit off topic but meh, With the Direct Connect URL for World of Minecraft, well when i try and and conenct to the server i want, it says it is proberly down :/ . So i go onto Minecraft.net and see if the server is up, which i mostly is. I make sure that the URL is spelt correctly and i keep on trying over and over again. If you have any ideas what has happened here and how to solve it, please say :)
