i dont know how to add commands to my mutiplayer server can anyone tell me pls

If you made a normal server from the Minecraft.net site you have all the commands in the text file "Read Me" that is located in your server folder.
Step 1, You start with start your server then X it down "Shut it down"
Step 2, Then will it popup some textfiles like admin.txt open that up
and i is empty type in your minecraft username in there and save,
Step 3, Open the server and get in then you got the commands like
/ban {Name} = Bans a person
/kick = {Name} Kicks a person
/tp {Name} = Teleports you to the player
/solid = Makes stone blocks unbreakable to non admins
/op {Name} = Makes someone Admin
/deop {Name} = Takes away someones admin.
