Hello everyone, I have a few questions directed primarily at staff members or anyone who knows about what I'm asking. Here goes:

How will the warps work? Is it going to be like previous versions where you either have to have 10 people in that general area or have to pay 200k to get one, or will it be different?

Second question: For the market system thingy, will there always be transfer vaults open, will there be the global market, and will the server market's prices change?
