how do i make something like that ?

go onto minecraft and click preferences then click download template thingy save the picture that appears. then open the picture in paint, paint.net, photoshop .etc. while your colouring and creating your design do not maximize the image or you will not be aloud to upload it just use zoom. when you have finished your design save it go onto minecraft, then preferences choose the file and upload it and there you go!
