My client has constantly gave me the message about the authentication error in every log in. I did have a huge break from minecraft classic and when I started playing again, that's when the error starting showing up. My java is already up-to-date. I've been hearing that Mojang is thinking about getting rid of classic. Is this just happening to me or is the error happening to everybody? I know this may be locked but I just need to know from a mod.

you can get a servers mc code on their website, or by asking someone in the server. once you have entered the mc code in the client launcher, you will be able to come back to the server by pressing resume.

Ahh I see, I have java updated to 7 instead of 6 like Awesome G2 said. I did the update when I was fixing a trojan I got because the guy that was helping me said outdated java can give you security issues. Now that I think about it, I might just let it stay like this because i'm prob. gonna switch to the real game soon. Plus, Classics getting way left behind. Most of the servers I played all the time are now ghost towns. Looks like soon, I'll be saying bye to good old classic.
