I Acctaully used to have a Craft Bukkit 1.2.5 server and i can't fully rmember about the plugins but i think it should come with plugins and you install them via the console or propities, But since its been a while i really cant remember, Your best bet would be typing in on youtube 'How to install plugins on bukkit 1.2.5' but yeah my craftbukkit came with 'lockette', 'nohack' and like 'setpass' and normal basic plugins, Oh and it also comes with 'chestshop' but yeah sorry i couldn't help fully but like i said Youtube is your best bet! :P

You download the plugins into the plugins folder. Go onto plugins.bukkit.org and save them into the "Plugins" folder from your directory that you are running the server from. Just text me and I will help you.
