I seriously need to customize my server; also help w/ World of Minecraft client;

Such as: creating /somecommand, like /rules; Change to a different(I have my own I want to use) map; Make players not be able to build in a certain place, etc.
I hope someone can help...

Download fcraft for a server, you dont modify the server with scripts, but with a window of setting making it so easy to set up a server and it also has rank editor, and just about every command ever.
