"Illegal name" message when loading any server

Iv looked all over the place and googled it, cant find an answer on how to fix it! any ideas on what to do? I have the flying thing and it worked fine yesterday, I try to get on today and i get the message over and over again....

note: i get that too sometimes but when server crashes/reboots
then i can join in
