WoM: Realms has become a place of rule breakers and I AM TIRED OF IT! This is my OFFICIAL letter to ask the Staff to add a new Staff Member. If you guys would please read this; either 1) vote for a new staff. 2) make me staff if you want (if you don't i am completely fine with it. I am just saying we need someone) 3) ignore me and see World of Minecraft: Realms Crippled by the idiot trolls.

jak2131 if you are saying i hate World of Minecraft: Realms, that's a lie. i really enjoy this server. and i wasn't saying your the one to vote i was directing that towards the staff so that they could vote amongst themselves. we don't make these decisions nor do we have the right to make such decisions. you are exactly what i'm going on about. trolls who think its funny to slap us rule followers in the face and act like morons. now stop trolling and have a nice day.

If you do not like how the server is handled, continue on your way and find something better than World of Minecraft. If you ever actually do find one, tell me, because I would like to see it. Otherwise drop your little argument and listen to someone like Jak, who has been on this server way more than you have.

This got out of hand quick. I thought I'd leave it over night and see if guys could talk like civil humans amongst yourselves, looks like I was wrong.

Kevin you totally missed the point.
Here is my two bobs worth.
It doesn't matter what server you go to, you are always going to find trolls and down right a******s. We try to monitor and maintain the server as well as we can. However trying to find "decent", "trustworthy" and "hardworking" people on a 24 hour global rotation is hard. I took the time to speak with triddin and H4X last night and we are deciding on a few arrangements, but for the moment how about you all calm down and work as a team (seeming as you all are and by the looks of it smart players) and help out by reporting trolls\griefers to us? Instead of fighting amongst yourselves.
Also drop the crappy "WoMderful day!" it sounds trolly and lame.

Community managers are promoted when they are trusted and approved by the owners, if a player has their trust and approval, there is a chance that they become promoted, if not, then they won't.
We currently do all we can to keep the server clean of trolls and rulebreakers and more important, a fun place to play the game, for everyone, from children to elders.
