I've been wanting Minecraft for a while (I might buy it for my B-day) but I wanted to try the old version. It says I can't because pixels aren't accelerated, and I don't know why that wont work. I have 2 questions.
1) How can I fix that problem? Do I need a video card or program?
2) If I can't resolve this problem, will I not be able to play minecraft once installed?

You should probably check for a graphic driver update if you're wanting to play Minecraft Beta but you can't run Classic. Just an idea.
