does anybody know of to get out of this. I'm at the very bottom of the map losing what seems to be infinite health. Is there a way to force respawn or something.

Hmm, hate to say it but you
Hmm, hate to say it but you may be stuck there. Try exiting and re-loading the map and/or set it to a higher difficulty in case you are playing on peaceful mode.
If not that game may not be playable if you are stuck in infinite free fall.
But look at the bright side, you did the impossible. You broke through adminium. :P

Yea I'm stuck there for good
Yea I'm stuck there for good woot this makes my day. Its funny that way that I got to where to I wanted to end up, at the bottom of the map lol

You could just change your spawn location with MCEdit.
