it wont let me into my World of Minecraft game client for windows and i know its a compresed ziped folder! (LOCKED)

     well when im on this site i goto downloads and try to download World of Minecraft game client
 v.2.0.7 and when i do it shows a compresed zipped folder. But, when i try to get into it, 
 it says that i cant acsess this file because its a compressed folder!

            :'(
