Everything works up to when I choose a world. It shows a black screen with the interface around it. Then a few seconds later this error pops up, I don't know what to do! Please help! Or at least link me to another forum. Thanks ahead of time!

Windows 8 is not supported by

Windows 8 is not supported by a lot of things at the moment and should not be used for games :P

By the way I'm on an XP Service Pack 3 and my Java is all the way upgraded.
